The packaging may have a minimal residue of water due to the thorough running test with clean water before leaving the factory, which will not affect the performance. It is not recommended to use the product above 2000 feet of altitude. When the temperature falls below 44°F, ensure the water heater remains connected to power to activate the frost protection system. If not in use for a while, drain the water from the heater.

The part that needs to be installed together is a valve kit with a 150PSI pressure relief valve (vent pipe and valve kit NOT included in the product), while other parts can be selected based on your situation. The significant advantage of tankless water heaters is that they can provide uninterrupted hot water on demand, and the on-demand hot water supply also means that tankless water heaters do not need to continue to consume gas when on standby like tank water heaters.

The water flow sensor counts the water flow flowing through the heat exchanger, the intelligence chip calculates the amount of gas required to heat the water flow to the set temperature, and the gas regulating valve accurately supplies the appropriate amount of gas to the burner, enabling the ORBEK water heater to achieve ±1°F water temperature control.

In winter, the water heater goes into full heating mode, providing enough warm water to meet the needs of a bath in the bathtub. In summer, the anti-scalding mode is activated, so you don't have to worry about being scalded by hot water when taking an early shower and ruining your good mood for the day. ORBEK water heaters are also equipped with anti-freeze protection and anti-dry burning protection that can effectively extend the service life of the water heater.

Both the inlet and outlet are standard 3/4" NPT male connectors, which are compatible with most house water pipe sizes. A 3" diameter vent can also be quickly connected to the Standard direct vent termination. Its compact size of 13"L x 7" W x 20.5"H takes up almost no space.
